JA Solar’s JAM72D30-550/MB Bifacial Solar Panel is powered by 11 busbar, bifacial PERCIUM cells with a half-cell configuration. This double glass panel is highly efficient with the capability of converting/combining the sunlight from the rear side with the front side to produce electricity, providing higher power output at a lower temperature coefficient, while also offering less shading loss and enhanced tolerance for mechanical loading. While these will perform well on a roof, they are ideal for a ground mount installation, where you can really take advantage of the additional production offered from the backside of the panel.
